lol. that happen to me before too....I had to delete all my private messages to get rid of it

It happened to all users during the database conversion. They had to delete all messages including the "sent" folder to get rid of it however you may not have to delete and recent PM's, not sure so just give it a whirl and that's about all I can suggest.
