Simplest solution, don't allow useless post's. If no constructive or informative information added when a person starts a thread or replies to a post then temp ban them for spam. You allow people to get personal with each other it only increases the forum threads 10 fold for nothing. And clouds the search engine.

As far as the Picture goes, there are a few people using it. I requested the Blue version with the black background and resized it and added a border to it. Seems a few others like it that way and have chose to use it. Being as I'm NOT in grade school with you, littleme, I don't consider it "Copying".
