I am looking for a fast and great software that can convert avi files to Ipod Touch/iphone format. I would love it if it had the option to covert many movies at once as well.

I believe HandBrake is the program a lot of mac users prefer. It has a windows counterpart too...I've only used it a few times but I know it has presets for ipod devices to ensure compatible output.

VisualHub works great on the Mac's. Too bad its no longer supported.
AudioHub is also another good Mac program.
