anyone download it yet and whats all the goodies on it .........sorta wondering if its worth it ?????????

Very little on it that isn't already part of a security update. So much so that it only took 10 minutes to complete on my system.

The only real benefit I've found so far is it cuts down on install time for fresh system builds.
Slipstream SP3 in and you've cut out I think 86M of updates or something like that (might be as much as 100M).
Decreased hassle on system builds = happy me.

I installed it, took almost 4 hr to do... I notice no difference in day to day computing.

This was the standalone EXE file, and not via windows update, which would be vastly faster.
