I know... I know ... it's the wrong place to ask, but i need help asap... ok.... i have 2 computers in my living room as well as an xbox360 that is on LIVE. They are all hooked up on 1 router. I want to move the computers to the bedrooms, that's easy because with cable wires running all over the house WHICH i do not want!! i will put the computers in the rooms with the router.
i only have 1 router, AND i don't want wires all over my house. How the Heck does the xbox360 hook up to LIVE???????
Oh geez did i even make sense???? To anyone????

If you have a wireless router you can purchase the wireless adapter for your xbox, but it ain't cheap http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...21&catid=23556

all laptops
360
older xbox
and desktop interface wirelessly
not that difficult to do with the right hardware

I might be wrong, because it has been a while since I did it, but if you pick up 2 wireless routers I believe you can have on hooked to your modem and serving as the wired connection to your computers (or wireless, whatever you prefer) and have the second router set up next to the xbox (and wired to it) to use as a wireless access point.
Like I said, it has been a long time since I did it, I don't remember how, but I'm pretty sure its not too hard or too expensive...although I would rate it about a 2 out of 7...0 being impossible.

Get a Wireless Access Point or Wireless Router.
Hook the Router/Wireless up in 1 room to a PC.
Get a wireless adapter for the other PC.
Get a wireless adapter for the Xbox 360.
I suggest a Wireless N as it has a big distance and higher speeds, Good for the 360.
But you can Wireless G RangeBoosted will still do the trick.
If come up with, rought this much for the stuff (Excludes Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter)
$150.29 for the Wireless Router and PC adapter.

Instead of buying MS's one, I thikn you can get a AP and have it wired to the 360, and it should work.

Find a D-Link Wireless gaming Adapter, they cost less than the M$ one.
