Default GPS/PDA/wi-fi - advice needed

I'm looking to get a PDA with a qwerty keyboard, GPS and wi-fi for mainly browsing. What's out there? I don't want to spend a lot. Not interested in using it as a phone, or paying any monthly fees.

Looking to spend the least amount of $$ possible. $200 used?
mike

edit - or would i be better off buying a lowend laptop with gps adaptor?

not sure you will find one with a qwerty keyboard unless it is also a phone.
HP and Asus make a touch screen PDA with built in GPS.

I have a psp and was thinking of doing this.
how hard is it to set up? what's the "experience" like?
is it just a moving overhead google map?

sorry for the delay, didnt see you responded to my message
the experience? ... good question
are you already running homebrew on your psp?
That would be a defining charateristic, if you are then its not that much extra work to get it working with a gps
simply downloading the right homebrew application
after that you run a program on your laptop/desktop to download the maps you want
then copy them over to the psp
i recently went to florida and downloaded all of orlando and it worked pretty sweet actually
you can add POI's (points of interest) and even driving directions
if you are looking for more info search Deniska's Map This
thats the homebrew mapping program

hope this helps

oh in terms of things i needed
gps receiver which i got at tigerdirect or ncix i think
and a special cable that i ordered from japan
that you can make yourself if you are inclined
