Looking to rent a 'pet friendly' single home (larger than 1200 sq. ft.)
near Amherst OR Lower Sackville area.
Mother of 2 girls (9 & 18) presently residing in BC... Needing to rent
beginning of July/Aug... pending on closing date of my present home.

This is what I would like:
-Price range $650-$950 (prefer main utilities incl.)
-3 bdrms OR 2 bdrms + den or storage space
-fridge and stove with laundry hook up
-fenced in yard
-parking ~ 1+ vehicle(s)
-quiet neighborhood - preferred

A little change in this ad... I am mainly looking to rent in Lower Sackville, NS
and the Beaverbank area for Aug. 31st/Sept. 1st... single home or duplex,
hopefully with a fenced in yard.

My house in BC has finally been sold, the closing date is Aug. 29th. So looking
for a place that is 950 sq. ft. or bigger, with some type of storage.

It will just be me and my youngest daughter, 1 well trained/spayed dog and 1
well behaved/neutered cat.

Price Range: $750-$950 (would prefer at least one utility incl.)
