LF: 3Br House/Duplex $1000 all incl

We are a single income family looking for a 3 br house or duplex (for my son and step-daughter) that is on a bus route and close to an elementry school for my son (7) to attend, he has a medical condition and we have to be within walking distance of the school in case of an emergency.
We are a quiet family with 2 cats and we desperatly want a house/duplex with a yard for our son and to play in and are looking at no more than $1000 all incl and are willing to sign a year + lease. If you know of a place that fits with this criteria please contact me at meaghangiven9@hotmail.com
