2 older residential bldgs in a package, for sale
will pack up two of my older homes (in rural NS) to have it available for new home builders in the Spring, 2008, anywhere in Atlantic Canada; looking for interested parties; the buildings are over 100 years old and are in excellent shape; one structure is over 3000 sq ft (2 story bldg, with high ceilings, wooden floors, etc.); the second is just under 2000 sq ft, is also a 2 st building); will be there to assist with the assembly; the prices are 120K and 109K; not your regular paper board building material, no toxic stuff neither
