Semi FS Lower Sackville
As is where is, the semi was a rental and the tenant did not take care of it nor care to pay for their rent. Now, I don't have time for it anymore and it's your opportunity to buy a cheap semi to own.
It's a 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Close to all amenities including, bus, and gym, shopping and walking distance for all levels of schooling. Only 20 minutes from Downtown Halifax. Semi is about 22 years old.
Work that the Semi will need:
-roof
-patio door
-some inside floor
-various other small DIY

Am interested in knowing more, have many questions like would you look at rent to own, trade fixup by an experienced carpenter for rent or downpayment. Where exactly is it located, please reply by calling 430-6698 for Bernard.
