There is a house in Milford on the way from Lantz that has an apartment for rent sign on the lawn (well it did 2 weeks ago) , I am not sur eof the address but it just before Lacy Dr (or rd) and usually has a big Farmers delivery truck in the driveway. I am heading towards the rink tomorrow, if it is still posted on the lawn I'll get the number for you and PM it to ya.
