Includes laundry, shared kitchen, living room with TV and cable, bathrooms, dining room, deck with a bbq, wireless internet, dish washer, back yard if needed, water hose..... probably some good stuff I didn't mention. I have utensils and plates that can be shared...Etc..
Parking space and right on a frequented bus route. Seriously sweet deal, must be seen.
Will be shared with two other mature, quiet and easy to live with people. Girl 26 and Guy 32.
Looking for someone who is easy going mature and with proof that rent can be made.
prefer non-smoker, 25 years or older.
Cost per month is $375.00 plus 1/3 of the utilities.
