My Roommate and I are looking to sublet or find someone to take over the lease on our flat.

Located off Spring Garden Rd on Carlton Street. Very close to Dal and SMU, close to many amenities. Mins walk to downtown.

2 large bedrooms with ample closets
1 bedroom has patio doors leading onto the deck
Large open concept living room and kitchen
Windows have been sealed to prevent drafts
New paint in both bedrooms
**PLEASE NOTE: THE RED BEDROOM IS NO LONGER THAT COLOR, AND THE LIVING ROOM IS BIGGER THEN IT SHOWS IN THE PICTURES, ILL BE UPDATEING IT WITH NEW ONES IN A FEW DAYS, OR EMAIL ME AND ILL SEND THE NEW ONESFOR YOU**

Ill Post pictures we took when we moved in, before the paint for now, Ill update the pictures when my roommate comes home from Christmas vacation with her digi cam.

The rent is $1150 plus utilities
