WTB: Land With Acreage With Small Lake

looking for land with a Acreage of 10+ with a small lake on it or a decent bit of water frontage can be about 45 mins / 1hour away from halifax. If the land was not all rock that would be great.

A property like that is a rare or just expensive find. I think you are looking for an $80K piece of land. As you probably know MLS won't be the source of any great deals, but you might want to call some land surveyors. They often know about estate sales coming up or about various parcels that might be available. Emerson Keen in Stewiacke is a great guy.
