Most packages for websites made from scratch are around $500. With it hosted on a webserver, you will have to supply that. I will make your website.

Hey Evan,
Not to knock your post but maybe put a link to your site with a gallery or portfolio of your work.. it may get you more work then just saying you build web sites.
