Starting a Business - Need help/Employees - NS4Sale

Hi all, im looking for someone/people to get out and produce these creatures i have made into a business. I have never started or owned a small business.
Over the years i have developed over 2000 creatures in card form (playing cards) and named them "Freakemon".
I've had these ever since i was a kid and im looking for someone to actually help get this kind of business off my foot and into the world. All of my relatives have told me how popular these would be if i actually pursued this, and this was around 10 yrs ago.

Now, if you are interested in helping me do this, i will email/send you pictures and examples of my work.
You will get 10% of the profits earned.

He'll never get anyone to produce them for 10% profit. Production , packaging, shipping and marketing would be the biggest expenses so I can't see anyone going for that for mere 10%. I suggested the dragons den for the mere reason if they think it would go then it would. If they didn't offer to buy it I'd drop the idea fast.
