Where do you guys frequent for deals on media and or cpu parts.. Im tired of paying outragous prices at staples and the like. For instance dual layer media... where online in can you find good deals on this sort of product?

I get my discs at FutureScam... And my parts I usually get them from MysteryByte - but I've been buying stuff from RNT lately as well.

In the past I have ordered from NCIX and TigerDirect, but when you figure in the shipping, MysteryByte is pretty darn close but any extra you pay is worth having local support if you need it.
