I voted I went to the gym, because it's the closest to playing a sport. I curl regularly (often 3 - 4 games per week, and sometimes a couple of practices) and at 2+ hours per game, that's a lot of walking, running, and sweeping.. which keeps me in decent shape. Now that the curling season is dying down, I'm going to start running daily. Also, in the summer, my friends and I usually play soccer several nights per week..

Omg, I remember the days where I could eat anything and not put on a pound Now since I had my little fella that's a different story, but so worth it I still need to lose a few though, which I'm working on

Absolutely zero, unless you count moving my hands for computer usage . The most I get is going out and delivering flyers once a week.

I'm horribly out of shape, but I'm not fat despite living solely on unhealthy junk food and things that can be cooked in under 5 minutes .

HAHA me too! I was about 5'9" and 120lbs in HS.

I'm pretty fortunate that after two kids I was in really good shape. I used to be really active, went to the gym 5-6 days a week but that's changed since we moved out to Fall River, it was too hard to get in to the gym. I'm pretty lazy now, part of being pregnant lol. I eat disgusting food that I haven't touched in years. I attempt to chase the kids around but it doesnt last long. My mom bought me an awesome jogging stroller/bike trailer that I'm hoping to use as soon as possible after the baby arrives.

Well I do regular walking/running workouts with my dogs by participating in my agility group and dog shows. As well as I do some hiking with my husband and son when we have time. Not to mention the amount of weight I have lost (only to be replaced by muscle) just from working again.

At the start of the New Year I weighed 145 lbs, now I am almost back to 125 lbs, but still have some stomach muscle that needs a little toning (my mommy tummy )

I'm actually impressed I managed to keep my News Years Resolution this year, I usually fail by the time the end of February rolls around.

I got to the gym at least 5 times a week and also take walks around the lake. But I am trying to lose weight so that is why I do so much activity!

I horseback ride, work the horses on the ground, chase kids and dogs, and then for fun, I go geocaching.
