Strawberry Rhubarb Pie...
This is a great pie recipe for summer!!
Double pie crust
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of flour
Mix two together.
Cut up 1.5 cups of rhubarb
two pints of fresh strawberries (hulled and washed of course)
Mix fruit together with flour and sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes!
Optional: top with french vanilla ice cream..mmmm.
