Default Make Your Own Smoothies :)
These are awesome whipped up in the blender!

- 4 Ice Cubes
- 1/4 Banana
- 4 Strawberries
- 1/4 c. Blueberries
- 1/4 c. raspberries
- 1 Clementine
- 1/2 c. Fat Free Yogourt

Makes about 16-20 oz of super healthy smoothie goodness!!!!!!!
