This is some of the best 'Q sauce you'll ever taste, I spent years developing this recipe. Excellent on beef, pork and chicken - it's a little expensive and time consuming to make but it's so worth it

2 liters ketchup
1 pound brown sugar
2 medium onions, finely minced
2 Habanero Peppers
1 bulb elephant garlic
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1 c pineapple juice
1 c Stout
1 c Bourbon
1/2 c Red Wine Vinegar (sub apple cider vinegar)
2 tbsp cracked black peppercorns
3 tbsp steak spice
4 tbsp crushed dried chillies
1/3 c worcestershire sauce
1/4 c molasses
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c spicy mustard
Liquefy onions, Habanero peppers and garlic in a food processor with the pineapple juice and beer.
Set aside the brown sugar.
Combine the garlic/onion/pepper slurry and blend with all other
ingredients in a pot (except brown sugar), bring to boil and simmer uncovered for ~ 1.5 hrs to reduce and thicken, stirring often.
Add the brown sugar and continue simmering for 15 mins more, stirring
often.
Add more spice to taste if needed, remove from heat and bottle while hot.
Enjoy on your favorite BBQ, roast chicken, beef, pork etc.........
Shelf-life = 6 months or more refrigerated
