This is one of the BEST recipes I use. Everyone loves them!
3 lb Chicken wings (wings and drumsticks)
1 cup Flour
1 Egg beaten with 1 tsp water
1 cup cooking Oil
Sauce
3 Tbsp low salt soya sauce
1 cup sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp water
1/2 cup white vinegar
Cut wings into pieces. Dip in slightly beaten egg, then in flour. Fry in oil until brown and crisp. Put in shallow roasting pan (I use a glass lasagna pan). Heat sauce until boiling. Pour over wings. Bake at 325 F for approximately 1 hour, baste every 15 minutes. Turn them over halfway through. Sauce thickens and coats wings.
