WTB: XBOX 360 Guitar Hero 2 guitar
WTB: XBOX 360 Guitar Hero 2 guitar
Looking to pick up an extra guitar for those upgrading to the new Guitar Hero 3 guitar or getting one with the rock band set. I'm looking for just the guitar, I don't need the game. Looking to pay $30.00.
Preferred contact at my cell: (902) 209-7751, otherwise PM

Apparently the Guitar Hero guitars are not going to be fully compatible with Rock Band and the Rock Band guitars straight up don't work with Guitar Hero. Sucks, apparently the EA/Rockband controller doesn't support the open controller format like Guitar Hero guitars.

Well, regardless of which is better, its dumb that the guitars aren't fully compatible with each other when there is little reason they shouldn't be.

I believe it's because Harmonix isn't the developer of GH anymore, another company called 'Neversoft' is.
*shrugs*

We went to pick up Guitar Hero III tonight, and were strongly encouraged to stay away from the new wireless, simply because it's got a 40% failure rate. Not cool.
We've already got a wireless one, was sold on a stand alone, from about two months ago, works like a charm.
