can you not get this cheaper online... i see it advertised for $150.. i do not know much about fta because i havent looked into it. but would this work with the nimuq 1 sattalite??,, i have my old bell dish on the roof along with a new one i will be putting up eventualy.

If you can find it online for 150 then buy it. I have not seen them that cheap onine. Even ebay there going for 200 CAD plus shipping and duty.

Don't order from the US if you are thinking to.. huge FTA busts and customs seizing a lot of shipments - even though all shipped FTA units are completely legal (until you get it home and load that hacked 3rd party bin on it)..
Good to buy locally, no paper trails.
Also TerrorX, yes, your nimiq1 at 91W will work with this, when you load on your nifty hacked bin. If you get a discQ switch or whatever - skies the limit as you can continuously add more dishes aimed at more satellites, and the receiver will keep up. (least until your hacked bins stop being released)
$250 is a great deal for a PVR also, especially locally. Whoever seen it for $150 had to see a clone, a scam artist, or just a regular coolsat - not the PVR version.
