"Halo 2 Vista will be brought to PCs with Windows Vista only"
As is stated at http://www.bungie.net
Sorry dude, but chances are you don't own a computer that can play it yet.

Well, now I know that it isn't out yet.As for my computer not being Vista ready, it's more than capable, but I'm not going that way. Like TERRAN, I'm staying put with XP. There'll probably be a patch out to run it on XP, like there was so you could do Doom 3 on '98.

No, there most likely won't be, as its not the operating system that is required for the game, its directx 10, which is only vista, and will NOT be out for xp. Ive been running vista for monthes now, you should try and dual boot 6000 version and se how you like it, ill never go back.

i ran vista on my system when i got it from slaunwhite, and it ran very well, now i have it upgraded, alot, and only runs better. See my specs here http://www.ns4sale.com/tech-talk/267...-achieved.html Its not even close to being as much of a hog as people think, im still 32 bit single core people!
