If you thought someone was not only coming for you but also your loved ones, you'd likely not pull the stupid stunts this ass has pulled.
Sometimes just knowing every aspect of someone's life is enough to scare them into straightening out, and on top of that there's a good possibility that when he sees his and his families information smeared around that he's gonna want to do what he can do right the situation.
I can see how that might come across as complex and perhaps hidden between the lines, but who the hell are you to jump to his families defense anyways?

Who the hell am I? Just who the hell are you to be even thinking of screwing with this womans life like this she has probably got it hard enough with this jerk already, this here what you guys are talking about is damn near if not criminal actions bud and if necessary I will phone the police myself!!! that is who the hell I am. BTW common sense dictates that the person who commited the action is the one responsible not his wife and children you know so you people better get a grip on reality here and direct your energy where it is deserved. You could start by reporting and making sure to follow up with your local police you know the normal thing people do when they have shit stolen from them or would that make too much sense when you can yap about harrassing someone not even responsible...

I had animals ripped off from me with this same type of crap and the cops basically told me to suck it up. they never did a damn thing.

i did go to my local police station! the officer said "oh well, most of us have been scammed, i myself was scammed last year for several thousand dollars. I can't file a complaint here, you would have to file it in sydney, i'd just take it as a lesson of life, theres not much you can do!"

so there is no police help. i imagine that if we could find him, i could take him to small claims court, and thats about it.

Man charged with fraud after tips on laptop sales

A man charged with running an Internet fraud scam involving victims across the country was arrested in Fairview on Tuesday.

Michael Ogden was arrested at home on Mandaville Court.

Investigators believe the 26-year-old has only been living in Halifax for the past few months.

He is charged with six counts of fraud under $5,000. All are alleged to have taken place between November and mid-February.

Mr. Ogden is alleged to have offered laptop computers for sale online and received payment from customers but never delivered the product, police spokesman Const. Jeff Carr said.

Halifax police began investigating after receiving a tip from PhoneBusters, an RCMP-operated call centre to report fraud, the officer said. Mr. Ogden is also charged with possessing a stolen truck, which was recovered outside of his residence by police.

An Internet search revealed a website, http://mogdenscam.blogspot.com/, which is devoted to trying to catch a Michael Ogden. The site contains many comments from bitter people who say they have been ripped off by someone claiming to be selling laptops cheap but who never delivered the goods.
