I seen on another site, not to trust this guy, I was looking for it but now I can't find it. He was selling a red newer mustang for 7k. I can't remember how much he ripped someone off. Here is a link about the same ad, just his email address not in this one

I am just getting what ever info I can get on him, for sent him monies yesterday via direct deposit into his account. Made me feel uncomforable with the whole transaction but I was something I really wanted and at a fair price.
Then last night I seen this on kijiji not to buy from him that he ripped them off. But kijiji has removed the ad today. So with that said I want to see how many others he may have ripped off for if I dont get a tracking number in my email by tommorrow night I might go debit collecting or just say frig it and get the RCMP on his ass if he ripped alot of people off.

Yikes... After my dealings with Pettigrew on the other site last year, I refuse to do any dealings not in person any longer. There are too many shady people looking to make a buck off of other people. It's a shame really.

I recently paid him for a PS2.
$30 for the unit and agreed to $15 shipping because I couldn't get down to pick it up and it would cost about that much in fuel to drive there anyways.
I paid via paypal, he wrote me back and said there was some kind of problem using paypal and wanted me to pay him direct through a bank (and mentioned someone else had to do that for him recently...maybe that was you?).
I told him I will wait the 7 days recommended by paypal, and if the PS2 doesn't show up I will open a case in the resolution center. Any which way I will get my PS2 or get my money back.
I'm not sure if its a little kid on the other end of these or what, he seems to have a very juvenile style of writing in his emails.
I'll let you know how the whole things boils down.
BTW I started the transaction on monday (feb 5) and paid him on tuesday.
So this will all be resolved soon.

I've had to go through PayPals resolution centre for a $30 shirt I bought and never got. I got $0.75 back because that was all that was in his PayPal account. Paypal is a fucking joke in this reguard. I hate Paypal with a passion, but since 90% of the people on eBay use it there's not much else you can do unless you want to do the money order route - and that's even less safe. *shrug*

PayPal used to be a good source for money transactions but since Ebay bought they became scam as well,there are law suits pending see below:

If PayPal sucks, then do something to change that! You guys are all very computer smart, I'm sure with some brainstorming and dedication you could make your own e-money program. Why not? Make it, revise it, make it easy, make millions, then sell to Google for billions. I see no point in sitting back and letting PayPal run the business. Be the VHS that killed Betamax!

the problem you guys might encounter is, if he is under the age of 18 there is nothing you can do about that. It is illegal to make a contract with minors. wish you best of luck

I find it hard to believe he would be afforded protection of any kind simply because he was under the age of 18 (which I don't believe is the case).
If he can pull off a scam, he can be held accountable for fraud.

i know what your saying but according to the law anyone under tha age of 18 is not entitle to make any contract. if this is the case you can pursuit his parents for his actions. hope he gets his money back or what ever he bought.

Kentville man is a 19 year old male who is aparantly single and seeking...ladies?

I got all his details now so if he dont square up he might ge a shock of me just showing up at his doorstep
