I talked to the ppl at our small claims court and now all I have to do is go in and fill out a few papers. So first thing tomorrow morning I will be making a trip downtown to the courthouse. Thanx for the suggestion Krissy!

Well I were you I would e-mail Matt and let him that you will take further action, and see if you can work this out before taking legal action. And I am a little confused, I thought Ryan was the one that was having the problem.

yeah i am but lacey is my wife and i was getting it for a gift for her..AND im sorry to all the ppl i pissed off i was pissed and was venting and wanted him to no that i was wanting my stereo back plus i gave him 4 imacs but i dnt care about those lol i jus want m y kenwood back and i wish he would jus say something in here or msn or pm because no im without sound lol so if anyone knows him please have a talk to him

Well, based on a past experience, that would be a waste of time!! IMHO!! But good luck. Maybe the Small Claims Court may a better option. After all, you're out a $500 Kenwwood Stereo System!

yeah, i can honestly say that Slaunwhite's a sheister. he once sold me a server that was totally fried, then pretended like the server had never existed.

Well I guess I'm lucky that the Xbox, while not in the best of conditions, works pretty good. Perhaps in the future I will be a little more careful when dealing with him after this.

Good for you,i have nothing against this person you've had issues with reguarding this trade but it sounds like you got the raw end of it, It just does'nt add up for him and as some of the people posting in this topic have ,i have also heard my fair share about his bad trades and deals as well.

I don't actully think he believes that some one will do something about a bad trade ,So i commend you on doing the right thing (small claims court) oppoesed to the wrong thing (breaking his legs

).

I am really shocked that Matt hasn't come forward and given you guys your system back. If I were in his position I would rather do that than have to appear in court. And seriously, the fact of the matter is he had the exact same thing happen to him a little while ago and he came on here bitching about and then he does the EXACT same thing to this guy. Christ sakes.

well we thought he was gonna do the right thing the other day but once again nothing no call and he didnt show up like he was supposed to so fuck it lol court it is and i cant wait to see his face lol
