i wish i had some sort of clue as to what Jeremy is going on about, considering back when i advertised the commodore gear i listed it as "boxes of commodore junk", and mention that it was untested, and sold as-is. He knew what it was when he got it. Not to mention the game cartridges didn't even work, not that i ever went after him about it.
