Yes we did and apparently... our system is with someone else right now, which I don't believe for a second. I was VERY NICE and simply told him I wanted my system back, nothing more, nothing less. He said he would get back to me when he got off work, but I still have not heard from him and that was at least 4 days ago... guess Matt's work shifts are a lil long! Anyhow I am really sick of all the bullshit I keep hearing from him, he ignores my msn messages and my emails but yet I see him posting shit on here all the time. All he had to do was give the system back, hell he could have even had that crappy lappy back, but no, he couldn't do that. So now.... He has to show up in court and face me and my hubby!

To Matt-> Since I know u will be reading this... give me the system back and it will allllll go away!

there was also the time i traded Slaunwhite and Jeremy a commodore 64 with a load of software and sme games for a couple of super nintendo games. i had given them a list of all the software and games that came with it ahead of time, and they were all cool with it. then they decided after the trade that there weren't enough c64 games, and demanded that i return the snes games. i told them that they agreed to the deal, and so i was keeping the games, and so jeremy told me that i'd "better watch my ass". moral of the story? don't deal with these nutters, or you'll get cheap threats.

its been a couple weeks now and im still waiting for matt to show up with a stereo to trade back keeps telling us that hes coming but never does..owell i guess he's a sheister and dosnt like being good on his word so i guess i will be paying a visit to this so called "Aztek computers" not to fight but he might change his tune when im face to face with him and i think i would be getting a stereo

If you are still planning to take him to small claims I really hope you've kept documents of him saying that he is going to trade back with you.

Don't forget to bring your Subpoena. If you win, he will also pay court costs. A lot of people settle "out of court" once they receive their Subpoena!

Good lucking finding a made up business .. in case you missed my post Aztek Computers does not exist excpet in the little minds of 3 people on this group. BTW I hope they didn't charge anyone for services or tax under that name as anyone that gets burnt by them can call the authorities and have them charged with running a unregistered business and collecting tax without submitting it to revenue canada. You 3 should really look into that and see just how much trouble you can get into before you run your mouths off to people anymore.

Omg this jerk ripped me off too!!! He sold me a ipod on the other forum with a busted hard drive for $100 the hard drive clicked and when I told him it was no good he said there was nothing he could do. He is a con artist and we drove all the way to Fall river to get it.

Didn't you offload that broken iPod on someone for a phone, which in turn ended up being stolen? Kharma guys... It's a bitch. The point here is, treat others as you wish to be treated. Don't try and sell crap and expect the same NOT to be done to you.

In my case, I came to find out that the powersupply board in the Xbox that Matt sold me was cracked - hence that is the reason it was turning itself off and sometimes wouldn't come on. The plastic receptical for the power cord was cracked as well, so it looks like the Xbox may have been dropped with the plug plugged in, which cracked the receptical and also cracked the PCB itself. The damned thing almost caught on fire too... Nice little sparks.
But it just so happens that I had a spare bottom 1/2 of another Xbox with a powersupply that I have been waiting for Matt to pick up. I took the power supply out of that one, and that one is working fine. I've got no more issues with the box. Which is lucky for him.

I've treated my xbox like it was made out of crystal, so I know that the dmg done to it was prior to me purchasing it.

Yes I traded a different ipod, a ipod video with a cracked screen to someone for a cell phone that as I found out was stole He knew the ipod was broken. We have sorted things out its not his fault he purchased phone at flea market from a skivvy con. But no I am not a con and have been selling stuff ever since I was like 12

OK, well I apologize for misinterpreting the story from the other site. The rest I said, still applies though. Everyone should deal with others as they would like to be dealt with. It's sad the number of people who want to make a buck off the backs of other people.
