2) Half Decent 2.1 Computer Speakers set

3) Win MCE compatable TV Tuner

i have a pci tv tuner card. it is an ATI Theatrix Theatre 550 pro. it has a remote control and this wire that has svideo in, but no out, and rca ins. I know it's not what you are searching for but i figured i'd throw it out there

Those are nice cards but why no out, is that the way they are made or is there a missing dongle?

no the dongle is there. it's not an all in wonder card, which is probably why it's only an in and not an out. i guess it's presumed that you would have svid out on your comp already. anyway the card works well but i'll never use it again
