Tony. If you're considering dropping that in your current system to supplement your existing PC3200. Brand name should not matter. Matched sticks are always best. But in my experience, as long as both sticks are rated at the same speed and are both either single or double sided you should have no problems. If one brand has worse timings. Put that one in slot 1 and you should be good to go.
