Thermaltake Silent Boost heatsink and fan
Works perfectly, been using it for weeks now to play with Ubuntu but I don't have the space to keep it set up. The CPU had a pin resoldered on so I would suggest being very careful if removing from the motherboard, and if you don't want to take your chances just leave it together.
Looking for 300$ and if need be I can throw it into a case with psu, 10gig HD, CD-R (old hp 4x CD-RW I think) and floppy for a few bucks more.

its not worth $300, maybe $100-$150 having a pin resoldered
A ATI x1300 256MB, AMD Athlon-64 AM2 (3500+) and MSI K9N Neo4-F only costs about $390(/w Tax) at NedTek

True enough, however I'd like to get 200$ for it at least, so new price 200$.
