I'm sorry i can't personally answer you on this i just took this stick and replaced it with 1G. maybe someone else that knows better can answer that for me.

quite possibly no issue but, I would only run in single channel mode since the 2 sticks are not matched. That's not to say it wouldn't work properly in Dual Channel mode.

and robotnik is selling the same ram for 57+tax and like anything you have to look at the lowest price it can be replaced for to judge your selling price.
