Regarding EBay, you can make a PayPal account and link it to a bank account without needing a credit card. It's slower than a credit card, but it works.

unless this PayPal thing came al;ong in the last 2 year, you cant. When i tried it said you need to put in a credit card for activation, altho u dont have to pay via it, u can use pay pal, i dont have on to use for activation. ill look into it
EDITL k, its wither LAn Line Activation, or Credit Card now, thx!
