You've gotta love robotnik, they have a very nice stock of the latest technology here, but are a little low on cooling supplies mind you, and best of all, there prices are to die for. The staff is very nice, and provide you with excellent suggestions when in need. If there's a particular part you need, they will have no trouble ordering it for you. I rate these guys 10 up lol. For those of you who haven't been here, i suggest you check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I used to enjoy them, they have very competitive prices listed on their website, but rarely have any stock (least last 3 times I ordered from them they didn't)
I pay more for convenience and speed personally.. Not having stock on-hand (like ram, HDDs, DVD-ROMs - my last 3 orders which all took better part of a week to get in) pushes me away from there. Plus items they have listed on their site are not the same items they try to sell you, which also makes me shop elsewhere.
as for prices and friendliness they are up there, just lack stock/speed, and not knowing if your going to get what you ordered or something different/newer isn't good. Sometimes you just need the older drive that has the hidden feature...

too far away for my immediate needs, as most of the time i need a part i need it right then and there, but each time i've been there they've had sweet deals and huge selection, so they are a good shop

I deal with them a fair bit. I like the $5 delivery outside of Metro. Worth it for sure!! I find returning items can be a little cantankerous. At least the 2 times I returned unused items there! Refund was honored however, but kind of leaves a "bad taste".
Still, great prices and overall helpful staff! I still shop there!

I've had similar experiences so don't deal with them that much but still do from time to time

They're the main place I deal with. They usually have the best prices, and they're in Bayers Lake so I don't have to go right into the city to get to them. I haven't had any problems with them.

Went there a couple weeks ago, lack of cooling supplies is right. I needed a socket 775 heatsink/fan, anything would have been better than being told they were getting some more in a weeks time 0_o

I hate to bump this old thread up, but I don't want to make another thread just to ask question.
I just "ordered" online and chose "Pay-at-store" option.
I waited 5+ days, and I checked my order history. Its still "processed", does that mean I gotta PAY them first THAN they order?
Or is it order first, pay them once the goods are in?

No that should mean pay when it comes in, at least it does at other shops. I've had issues with them being slow in the past but likely best to call or email them to be sure
Good luck.
