kinda kewl being able to look into magic room though. now i thought i've seen a condensing unit inside there, am i wrong?? only thing i could think of is that you were recovering the heat to heat the building.

Not sure what you were looking at but most likely the heat pump setup, or possibly the glycol chiller.

The glycol chiller is to keep everyone who causes Greg problems stored.
Thats the secret to his brew; the squeezings from chilled victims. Kind of like the secret behind oil of olay, or should I say "oil of old-lady"...

Brought a few to a party on Thursday, needless to say the quart sized bottles got a lot of attention. I'm guessing none of this has made it to normal NSLC outlets yet.

Right on. The NSLC only accepts applications for new products once each year, in March I believe. We do have the application in but we aren't 100% sure we can produce enough of it to actually supply them. We will know by March if we can or not though. Cheers ![]()

how's the soda pop? i got some for the kids for xmas. and do you take the empties right back to the store or does the enviro depot take em'? Is the store open monday for a bit? i think i need some more.

The pop is awesome of course, not quite as intoxicating as the beer though! We don't take the bottles back at the brewery so your on your own there, Enviro Depot for recycling is a good choice.
