so since i moved here and RNT got me hooked on microbrew i decided to try some of the locals

so far ive only had one.

Big Rock Brewery's Traditional English Brown Ale

its very good stuff with a nice flavour.

Whats the beef with the whiskeys out there and is there any local bourbon clones that are decent ?

P.S. - I may be heading the Suffield soon on another note

big rock isn't bad. it's a good crossover brewery, but once you get used to craft beer you'll find big rock is bland, boring and cheap. i've sampled craft brews from across the entire country and I feel confident in saying Propeller is one of the best.

sauffield is north west of medicine hat

ull be about an hour away from me if ur in the mood to stop by lethbridge we can meet up and check out some local whiskeys

i love propeller and i'm gunna have to find a way to get some down here
