Default another type of brewing.

I've tried brewing beer, without much success.

I've had much more success with brewing coffee, although I've now become a coffee snob, hoping for a burr grinder under the Christmas tree:

Right on. Since brewing school and daily sensory analysis training I've become an everything snob!

I'm right there with ya on the coffee buddy, ever try the fresh roasts from the Trident?

Yes that's the spot, they roast the beans onsite and they are great, you'll have to try them out. They kiln about 8 different types of beans or more

Sweet - Thanks for the tip. I'm heading out tomorrow to get some Christmas shopping started - I'll have to stop by there while I'm out and about.

Are you brewing with a french press? Most mornings I use the drip just for convenience (with the help of my 2 year old), but at least once a day, I make a cup with my Bodum - what a difference!

This is a good website for getting your Coffee Geek on:

I'm pretty much strictly stuck on espresso or latte on the ol' delonghi!

Nice site

...and under the Christmas tree, a burr grinder.

Sweet! It's a but loud, but the first cup I had after using it was the best cup I'd brewed, so I'm happy!
