For your own good stay away. I won't go into personal details but if you deal with them (Bradford Hughes) you are not going to like the results. I was contacted by the finance company I got the loan from with "questions on the deal" and it turned out they are not above frauding the financing companies or banks. If you want more details PM me as I won't post anything more on here about it.

Ratings
Car I purchased : B+ (other then the fact that is was damaged on the parking lot the day i was to pick it up)
Deal on Car : A+ (espically after I called GM and found out there was a $2k Bumper to Bumper extened warranty up to 100k with $0 Deductable, which the salesman knew nothing about)
Sales man : F - (Bradford Hughs & Steve ???)

I would be very warry too, I've heard more than one horror story about their service.
I personally do not own a suzuki, but at least one fella told me about how he got reamed.
He took in his vehicle because there was a noise; it turned out to be the harmonic balancer.
They took a week to order in the part, then had the part on hand for a further 2 days before starting the repair.
They broke the bolt off that holds the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft (you're asking yourself "how"...there is no answer).
Then proceeded to spend many hours repairing that, at cost to the owner.
Owner said "do not exceed $xxxx", they exceeded it significantly and told him that they are not required to work on a dollar limit basis. On top of which they charged him the full cost of replacing the timing belt when the old belt had to come off anyways (extra 3hrs labour).
This is the worst I've heard about their service so far, but many small complaints are common place there.

PS -- > all that and they forgot to do the oil change.

Yup, still paying for our stupidity with "Bradford Hughes" and Dartmouth Suzuki! Live and learn I guess, but hopefully people will read this before any "deals" are made. His promises to help you get back on your feet financially after 6 months, mean shit!! He wouldn't even so much as return our phone calls.
