Your posts don't need to look exactly like this of course but it should have some pertinent info like the location in the subject field and a more detailed address with contact info within the message body so everyone knows whom you're talking about and your thoughts about customer service, warranty, returns, mechanic competence or whatever else. Anything you feel is helpful in the big picture.

Have done a lot of business with these guys and they are fantastic. Very service oriented with great attitude and they almost always have the items I need in stock, if they don't they overnight it in for me and can usually install it the next day. They have some of the best hourly rates I've found and the mechanics are always very helpful and honest Highly recommended!
