Anybody have one? Do they make good house dogs? Or are they born to run through the forest with their nose to the ground??

They are really nice dogs, but they do have tendacy to go off exploring, however they can trained not to.
I know of an excellent breeder that I would highly recommend, and provide her information if you would like to ask her some questions.

They can be verrrrrrrrry busy dogs too, and need a lot of mind activities!! (As do all dogs!! Just they need a bit more!)

Give them a job to do!!

They are super-intelligent and need to be mentally challenged or else they will get themselves into trouble from boredom. Lots of energy and good for active owners
