Actually, when the douchebag 'sold' me an Xbox, he made it very clear that his wife was involved. In fact, it was a gift that they were giving each other for Christmas that they decided to sell. She was the one who supposedly shipped it so even if she wasn't knowingly part of the scam, he definitely included her by using her as his scapegoat for the whole thing. I would say at the mininum she should be aware of what he's doing.
