You can't put a price on good beer, especially at 8.3% abv that you can cellar for years before it's at it's prime. You'd have to drive 800 kms at least to have the privilege of buying a similar beer. Think fine wine, except not. It's fine beer.
Malt prices have doubled and hop prices are up 450% in the last 5 months due to worldwide shortages. Aside from that hand labeling and dipping every bottle in hot wax is a very labour intensive process. Well worth $5.95 per bottle, actually it's likely
