I am not sure how it was resolved. I'm going to assume that the money was refunded since they apparently sold out of all of them, including the display one. That was the last thing I heard as I walked out the door.
The service I recieved was courteous and friendly. All I bought was a first aid kit and a helecopter car airfreshener...
No complaints there.
They did have a lot of Halloween stuff, and most of it was 50% off - but I never looked closely to see what the ticketed price was. So if Value Village is out of what you're looking for, you may want to try your luck there.
