1. Go to Start/Run, and type %AppData% . Hit enter.
2. That should take you to a folder that has a Mozilla folder in it. Open that, and then you should see a Firefox folder. Open that, and then open the Profiles folder.
3. You should have two folders there. Delete the one that ends in .defaultuser.
4. Reboot.
That should fix it. Be careful not to delete the one you want to keep, though!
