I think they only have one kitchen for all 4 parts of the restaurant, which is way too small. We did comment that we thought 45 minutes was way too long for a plate of nachos, but they were so good, we soon forgot that.
We were also there for an evening out, so having some beer/wine and chatting without thinking about the kids in a really nice atmosphere was great.
