Sounds good. I think I'll give it a go.
I was planning to do the mashing myself and not use extract, but it'd be great to compare.

What's your recommended amounts and way of working, should I do and mash myself?

Would you recommend plain crystal sugar, corn sugar or gyle (I'd really like to try that) to prime with?
