Arctic Silver 5 is fantastic stuff.
I just pin-modded the FSB on my Celeron M. Tore the laptop apart, added the pin to overclock the FSB from 400 to 533. Removed the old thermal pad with isopropyl alcohol, applied the Arctic Silver 5 as per the instructions. Put the laptop back together and it only runs 1-2 degrees hotter even with a 33% overclock. With the stock thermal pad and 1.5Ghz it would idle at 38. With the New Arctic Silver 5 and 2.0Ghz it idles at 40. I'm impressed.
